Singaraja. Congratulations and success to students of FMIPA UNDIKSHA, I Kadek Narayana Aji Saka passed as the best in selection National Olympiad of Higher Education Mathematics and Science (ONMIPA PT) in Region VIII (Bali Nusra) and Passed to National stage. This event was organized by Development Indonesian Talents, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology or Balai Pengembangan Talenta Indonesia, Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi. This event was one of parts from various competition every year in the achievement of students and be input to increase the quality of mathematics and natural sciences field. Besides that, ONMIPA competition also became promotion in increasing the studies interest, lessons of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in society.
The mechanism of ONMIPA selection was carried out in three stages, first was university level selection with five best representatives to enter the second stage of this competition or region level. The participants who would be invited for follow level national (third stage) amounted a maximum of 65 people are selected from second stage selection for each field. This ONMIPA 2022 event had followed as many as 3854 participants from whole universities in Indonesia, participants who passed region selection would plunge in level nationally on September, 19th-25th. The implementation of ONMIPA at the National level in 2022 would be carried out offline at Brawijaya University.
This achievement got appreciation from Dean and also from leadership in the FMIPA UNDIKSHA environment. Dean of FMIPA UNDIKSHA, Prof. Dr. Nengah Suparta, M.Si said “We are from leaderships are very proud to the achievements that have won by I Kadek Narayana Aji Saka and gave appreciation on success reach this achievement.
