Singaraja – The FMIPA or Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences) of UNDIKSHA or Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha continued to boost bilingual learning application. It was one of the strategies for upgrading the competitive power. It was confirmed by the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suparta, M.Si when opened the seminar, Wednesday (23/10/2019).
The seminar presented expert, Estrella R. Pacis from Mariano Marcos State University. Suparta explained bilingual learning as one of the strategies for upgrading language foreign mastery for lecturers and students. It was also very important for supporting the internationalization at home programme that had been planned Rector UNDIKSHA, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd in 2019. “We have to prepare the students and competent lecturers”, he said.
The bilingual learning application already ran by a number of lecturers on amount course. However, it was assessed to need an enhancement quality. This seminar expected capable support it. “The international class already ran well. We continued to strive the bilingual application. One of them used English”, he said. The language foreign mastery also needed for lecturer in skeleton follow as well as at an international seminar held by faculty and others. “The external factor requires for bilinguals,” added Suparta.
