Congratulations to prospective students who have passed, here we inform you of re-registration guide for new students on the Interest and Talent of SMBJM.
FILLING STEP IN TUITION FEE DATA
Prospective Students who are declared Passed through the Interest and Talent SMBJM at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha to fill in the Tuition Fee Data Form Online from April 29th to May 9th, 2021 through the https://daftarkembali.undiksha.ac.id page using the Registration Number as the Username and date of birth as Password. Furthermore, the prospective students prepare the necessary files, then they are scanned into jpg/pdf file and uploaded when filling in the Tuition Fee Data Form. The files that need to be prepared are as follows:
- Scan of Family Card;
- Scan of Identity Card;
- Scan of parent/guardian’s latest salary slip;
- Prospective students who are economically incapable, to attach the KIP Lecture;
- Scan payment of the last month’s Electricity Account/Voucher/Token (if electricity is available);
- Scan of proof of payment of PBB from parent/guardian (if you have proof of payment);
- Complete the biodata form, the size of the Alma mater coat, and other complete re-registration documents.
- Conduct an online Color Blindness test assessment that has been provided by the UNDIKSHA re-registration system.
- Print a statement letter on the https://daftarkembali.undiksha.ac.id page, to be further completed with the prospective student’s signature on a Rp 10,000, and the signature of the parent/guardian and re-uploaded on the page.
- Filling in and uploading documents as referred to in points 1 to 4 above after May 9th, 2021 cannot be processed and will be subject to the highest Tuition Fee.
DETERMINATION AND PAYMENT STEP OF TUITION FEE
- Determination of Tuition Fee for each prospective student and Determination of KIP Lecture Recipients will be announced on May 20th, 2021 through the page: https://daftarkembali.undiksha.ac.id
- Prospective students print Tuition Fee payment receipts by logging in first, using the same username and password as the username and password at the filling in step the Tuition Fee data.
REGISTRATION STEP
Re-registration for prospective new students at the Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha who are declared to have passed through the Independent Selection (SMBJM) Interest and Talent New Student Selection will be done online with the following mechanism:
- Step 1: Prospective students make Tuition Fee payments via ATM or Internet Banking or BRI branch offices throughout Indonesia (by showing a printed Tuition Fee payment receipt via the https://daftarkembali.undiksha.ac.id page, from the 21st until May 27th 2021. Details of the Tuition Fee payment procedure through BRI can be accessed via https://undiksha.ac.id/prosedur– pembayaran–ukt–mahasiswa–baru–undiksha–dengan–layanan–bri–virtual–account–briva/. Meanwhile, prospective students who are declared as recipients of KIP Tuition do not need to pay Tuition Fee.
- Step 2: Uploading the original Scan of the Associate or the original Scan of Graduation Certificate (SKL), on the https://daftarkembali.undiksha.ac.id page
- Registration is complete
OTHER TERMS
- Candidates who do not re-register until May 28th, 2021, will be declared disqualified as UNDIKSHA student candidates through the Interest and Talent SMBJM.
- If the prospective student is color blind, but because the chosen study programme does not allow color blindness, the prospective student can choose another study programme with the approval of the Rector.
