Singaraja. The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) held another event Focus Group Discussion or the 2024 Program Preparation and Budget Allocation Working Meeting, this annual routine activity was held for two days from 13 to 14 February. The activity was held in the seminar room of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences which was attended by the Dean, Deputy Dean, Head of Department, Study Program Coordinator, Head of Laboratory, Laboratory Coordinator, Head of GKM FMIPA, Chair of the FMIPA Senate, Lecturer Representative, Chair of the FMIPA BEM, FMIPA Working Group, HMJ within the FMIPA environment and student representatives.
This activity began with a committee report on behalf of, Dr. I Wayan Puja Astawa, S.Pd., M.Stat.Sci.. as Chair of the FMIPA Undiksha Program Preparation and Budget Allocation Committee for Fiscal Year 2024.
Present to give a speech and open the meeting agenda was the Deputy Chancellor for Student and Alumni Affairs, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Suastra, M.Pd who provided his input to the entire FMIPA Undiksha academic community, in budget planning, he always pays attention to developing the competence and insight of lecturers and staff, so that human resource development, student achievement in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences always increases every year, he said.
Before the main activities, the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suparta, M.Si expressed his highest appreciation for holding this activity. The Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences hopes that all FMIPA members will be more motivated to create innovations, both in academic and non-academic fields. After the speech from the Dean of FMIPA, the activity continued with the first plenary session to explain the activity plans and budgets for each field (WD I, WD II, and WD III) moderated by Dr. Ir. Ketut Srie Marhaeni Julyasih, M.Sc. After that, it was continued with presentations at each commission, namely Commission I (in the Academic sector) which was attended by the Deputy Dean I of FMIPA, head of the program, Study Program Coordinator, Chairman of GKM FMIPA, Chairman of the FMIPA Senate, Chair of the FMIPA Collaboration Group, Commission II (General and Financial Affairs) which was attended byDeputy Dean II FMIPA, Head of FMIPA Laboratory, Department Secretary, Department Laboratory Coordinator, Deputy Study Program Lecturer and Commission III (Student and Alumni Affairs) which was attended by Deputy Dean III FMIPA, BEM FMIPA supervisor, FMIPA Working Group Advisor, Department Student Affairs Advisor, Head and Treasurer of BEM, Chairman and Treasurer of the Working Group, Chairman and Treasurer of HMJ. After the commission session was completed, it continued with the II Plenary Session discussing the results of each commission.
The working meeting activities continued on the second day which discussed the delivery of responses from Commission 1 (academic sector), commission 2 (financial sector), and Commission 3 (student affairs). In the opinion-sharing session, the entire commission approved the work plan and budget for 2024 so the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Meeting ended with a very harmonious agreement.
