Located in the Seminar Room of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, implementing the temperature-checking process requires wearing a mask or face shield, keeping your distance, and not turning on the air conditioner. Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Ganesha Education University, on Friday (29/01) and Thursday (4/ 02) held a Working Meeting (RAKER) with the theme “Raker FMIPA Undiksha for the 2020 Fiscal Year as an Effort to Optimize the Achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU).” The Raker activities were carried out online and offline. The working meeting was opened offline by the Chancellor of the Ganesha University of Education, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd. Of course, this year’s working meeting is different from previous years, where it is expected to plan program-based activities that refer to IKU achievements, so the working meeting mechanism is also different, whereas in previous years it started with a departmental working meeting, but this year it started with a faculty working meeting. The timeline of activities with agendas is:
- Determine FMIPA Undiksha’s work program for the 2022 Fiscal Year.
- Discuss and decide on matters deemed necessary per the needs and development of Undikhsa, FMIPA, Departments, and Study Programs in Undiksha. Where the costs of this working meeting activity come entirely from FMIPA Undiksha PNBP funds.
The invited participants were 75 people consisting of lecturers, staff, and students, with details that 30 people were expected to be offline and the rest to take part online. This effort was made to anticipate the spread of COVID-19 but still accommodate participants with more ideas for better programs. For offline implementation, efforts will be made to fulfill health protocols by requiring temperature checks, requiring masks or face shields, keeping distance, and not turning on the air conditioner. , etc. Hopefully, with these efforts, we will all be in good health avoid Covid-19 and achieve our goals.
