Singaraja-. After previously one of the study programs, namely the undergraduate mathematics education study program, received A accreditation through an offline assessment process, now in 2020 the Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) received a sweet gift, even though the accreditation assessment process from BAN-PT can only be done online considering the pandemic which is sweeping the country. However, this does not dampen the efforts of the Study Program at the Undiksha Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences to obtain maximum results from the assessment of the assessment team from BAN_PT. 3 study programs at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Ganesha Education University, namely The Biology Education Study Program, Chemistry Education Study Program, and Physics Education Study Program succeeded in obtaining A Accreditation.
Dean of FMIPA Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suparta, M.Si, feels grateful for this achievement. Because it will be able to increase the grade of the study program in society. “We are of course very grateful that three study programs were able to receive A accreditation. Hopefully, with this, the level of confidence of the younger generation in studying here will increase. Likewise with the absorption of graduates in the world of work,” he said. It was further stated that this gift achieved with hard work is a whiplash to continue to improve quality. We continue to strive to improve the quality in all areas, “We really appreciate this achievement. “Achieving an A accreditation score is inseparable from collective hard work,” Thank you for the role of Head of Department, Coordinator of Study Programs as well as students, lecturers, education staff, alumni, and graduate users in implementing learning and their involvement in this accreditation process. “Hopefully we can continue to work and show achievements so that accreditation can be maintained and can even be improved. Even though we get positive results, efforts to improve quality will continue to be made,” he said.
