Singaraja. Located in the Seminar Room of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Ganesha Education University, on Thursday 25/1, and Friday 26/1 2024, an FGD (Focus Group Discussion) was held with the theme “Revitalizing FMIPA Institutional Capacity towards Achieving IKU” FGD activities opened by Vice Chancellor 1 of Ganesha University of Education Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I.
This year’s FGD is different from the previous year, where it is expected to plan program-based activities that refer to IKU achievements, so the FGD mechanism is also different, whereas in the previous year, it started with a departmental meeting. The timeline of activities with agendas is: Determining FMIPA Undiksha’s work program for the Fiscal Year 2025, Discussing and deciding on matters deemed necessary per the needs and development of Undikhsa, FMIPA, Departments, and Study Programs at Undiksha.
The invited participants were 84 people consisting of lecturers, staff, and students. It is hoped that by carrying out this FGD all FMIPA activities can refer to IKU to welcome a better FMIPA and it is hoped that by carrying out this FGD it can improve the quality of education and human resources, meet the ratio of lecturers and educational staff, provide adequate infrastructure, and develop student activities to hone students’ soft skills.
