Singaraja – As part of the laboratory accreditation process, K.Lab FMIPA held a Workshop on Laboratory Finalization and Document Completion for ISO/IEC 17025 from November 19-21, 2024, at the MIPA Seminar Room. This Workshop marks the second implementation phase in preparation for registration with the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) and featured keynote speaker Drs. Adnan Rahman, M.Pd.
The event was officially opened by the Dean of FMIPA, Dr. I Wayan Sukra Warpala, S.Pd., M.Sc., and attended by key personnel, including Department Heads, Study Program Leaders, and support teams such as Quality Management, Technical Management, Administration Managers, Service Officers, Quality Officers, Analysts, and Sampling Officers.
The workshop covered several aspects, including document verification for stage 1 implementation, stage 2 execution, and the finalization of accreditation documents for submission to KAN. This initiative is expected to streamline the preparation process for laboratory accreditation, ensuring the compilation of necessary documents is conducted effectively and efficiently while supporting FMIPA’s commitment to meeting ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
