By implementing the COVID-19 health protocol in the FMIPA Undiksha seminar room, the Physics Education Study Program carried out an online visitation by BAN-PT for two days, Wednesday (7/10) and Thursday (8/10). In this online visitation activity, two assessors consisting of Dr.Parno, M.Si. – State University of Malang, and Dr. Drs. Cuk Imawan, M.Si – University of Indonesia.
The first day of the visit began with an opening which was opened directly by the Chancellor of the Ganesha University of Education, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd., continued with the introduction of the assessor panel, reading and signing the statement. Field assessment. The signing of the statement was carried out by the assessor panel first and sent by the UPPS leadership to be printed, signed, and stamped and then sent to BAN-PT. The next event is confirmation regarding Form III B, followed by confirmation regarding internal quality assurance: quality assurance documents, implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up. After that, it continues with confirmation of data and information on Form III A and Self Evaluation Report (LED), confirmation of performance, involvement, service, and satisfaction of lecturers, confirmation of expectations, satisfaction or input from external staff regarding the outputs of the Study Program Management Unit.
The second day continued with confirmation of the performance, involvement, service, and satisfaction of educational staff, confirmation of involvement, achievement, service, and student satisfaction, after continued with the delivery of the Minutes to the UPPS Leadership and checking of the Field Assessment Minutes by the PT leadership.
Through this online visitation activity, it is hoped that the accreditation score for the Physics Education Study Program will get the best results.
