Virtually, via the Zoom meeting application, the Undergraduate Aquaculture Study Program (Prodi) at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at Ganesha Education University underwent an online field assessment process by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT).
The activity took place virtually via the Zoom meeting application, Wednesday (9/6/2021) until today, Thursday (10/6/2021). On this occasion, present representing BAN-PT as a team of assessors, namely Prof. Dr. Ir. Johannes Hutabarat, M.Sc from Diponegoro University, and Prof. Dr. Ir. Hilal Anshary, M.Sc from Hasanuddin University.
The activity was officially opened by Deputy Chancellor I of Ganesha University of Education, Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T, M.T.I. and attended by Higher Education Leaders, Faculty Leaders, Chair of LP3M, Chair of LP2M, Head and Secretary of PJM, Chair of SPI, Head of UPT-TIK, Head of UPT library, Head of UPT Languages, Head of UPT PKKM, Head of Labdikdu, KTU and Head of FMIPA Subdivision, Staff FMIPA Education, Permanent Lecturer in Aquaculture Study Program, Chair of FMIPA Laboratory, Chair and Secretary of GKM FMIPA, Chair and Secretary of Marine Biology and Fisheries Department, LED and LKPS preparation team, Chair of BEM FMIPA and HMJ Aquaculture.
On the first day Wednesday, 06/09/21 Confirmation regarding UNDIKSHA/FMIPA development plans, face-to-face system, management system, etc., reported achievements and FMIPA development plans by UNDIKSHA/FMIPA Leaders: Dean, Deputy Dean, KTU and Head of Study Program. Determination of final LKPT data that will be used as the basis for assessing quantitative items. Confirmation of the implementation, results, and effectiveness of the SPMI process at FMIPA which covers the entire PPEPP cycle. Checking standard documents, manuals, instruments/tools, and periodic reports on SPMI results at UPPS and Study Programs by the Quality Assurance Team, Study Programs within the FMIPA environment, and Aquaculture Study Program Quality Assurance Team. Followed by confirmation of data and information in the Self-Evaluation Report (LED by the Accreditation Team, and Information Systems Manager. Confirmation of aspects related to the implementation of UPPS management for functional areas: academic programs (tri dharma) and resource management (HR, finance, assets and facilities, as well as information system by the Head of the Laboratory/UPT, HR Manager, Information Systems, followed by a session with staff to confirm the performance, involvement, service and satisfaction of educational staff, a session with lecturers to confirm performance, involvement, service and satisfaction of lecturers, a session with students to confirm involvement, achievement, service and student satisfaction.
On the second day, Thursday, 10/06/21 Field Observation Checking centralized facilities (laboratory, library, information system management), lecturer and staff rooms, and other facilities using video / live tour. Submission of feedback and signing of the AL Minutes Submission of Minutes to UPPS Leaders and Checking Minutes of Field Assessments by PT Leaders.
The online field assessment event was closed with a Wrap-Up / Closing of the Assessment, Signing of the Minutes of Field Assessment, and Wrap-Up.
Through this virtual visitation activity, it is hoped that the accreditation score for the Undergraduate Aquaculture Study Program will get the best results and make us all happy.
